Agent contains brassinosteroid(s) of formula (I) and natural or synthetic auxin(s) R = opt. branched 1-8C alkyl which has a vicinal glycol gp. and opt. contains a C=C double bond. USE/ADVANTAGE - Number of cells and the cell vol. is increased, storage stability is improved. Skins are smoother and the deg. of rust is reduced. Blossoming in the following year is stimulated. Esp. used with apples (esp. Golden Delicious). The agent is applied so 0.01-20 g brassinosteroid are given per ha.
