"ROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD" A v-shaped metal extrusion is used to space apart roof trusses, hold them in place, and stably support roof sheeting over the extrusion and trusses. The extrusion is angled to conform to the angle of the apex of the trusses. Markings at defined intervals on the extrusion indicate how far apart the trusses are to be spaced. The extrusion is placed over the apices of the roof trusses. The trusses are aligned with and affixed to the extrusion at its markings. Roof sheeting may then he affixed on each side of the trusses to the extrusion and trusses, to form a stable roof structure.
