PURPOSE:To enable a magnification output of an image closer to an original image by correcting distortion of dot image data in the case of image magnification, on a graphic video random access memory (GVRAM) in a data process part. CONSTITUTION:In the case of magnification of an image, dot image data on a GVRAM11 are read out by a user application program 14 through an image data correction system 13 and an operating system 12. The read-out dot image data are corrected by the image data correction system 13. Then dot image data magnified and corrected by means of the image data correction system 13 are transmitted to a display 3 and an image printer 4 by the user application program 14. In this case, dot image data are corrected more delicately in the case of image magnification in the display 3 or the image printer 4.
