<p>A liquid-filtering film to be used for precision filtration or ultrafiltration of liquid such as medicine and water; and a filtering device using said film. This film is obtained through the processes of exposure thereof to the atmosphere of 25 °C and 60 % RH for 8 hours, of wetting treatment with liquid low in surface tension, and of substituting said liquid with pure water so as to make the film hydrophilic, in which pure water permeating fluxes has decreased 20 % or under from those for the film before exposure. Such hydrophilic filtering film as above can be made of, for example, a PTFE porous film subjected to low-temperature plasma treatment at the surface thereof and made hydrophilic under the condition that the product of high frequency output density and treatment period of time amounts to 0.5 to 50 W.sec/cm2 and the total pressure of gas amounts to 0.01 to 10 torr.</p> |
