PURPOSE:To secure the consistency of data by reading out virtual document data stored in a storage means and plural document data continued in time series extending over a first and a second prescribed periods in the end of a second prescribed period and synthesizing them as one document. CONSTITUTION:Plural document data generated during a second prescribed period, and also, during a first prescribed period whose period is shorter than the period are stored as one file of one data group. Especially, when generating and storing the document data in the end of a second prescribed period, virtual document data is generated and stored additionally as one file. Subsequently, these plural document data are read out and synthesized, and one document is generated. In such a way, a work for generating the same document data twice is omitted, and the consistency of common document data can be held in plural documents. |
