<p>PURPOSE:To make the operation efficient in the use of electric power and in the timing of heating by a method wherein, in turning off the daytime supply of power, the actuation of the heater is controlled in relation to the time zone in which the power is turned off, the heated state of the water, and the use of a peak shift from the viewpoint of suiting the heating to the purposes. CONSTITUTION:When, during the daytime zone of power supply (D), an apparatus is set to turn off the power, that is, the setting is given during heating or after completion of heating to the boil, the heating is not resumed in either case during the rest of the daytime zone (D) but a peak shift is started at the point of transition to the midnight zone of power supply (N). When the setting to turn off the power is given during the midnight zone of power supply (N), the setting is given during heating, during a peak shift, or during heating following a peak shift.</p> |
