PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of the exclusive operator by receiving a reservation from a personal computer connected to a terminal controller through an electronic private branch exchange and allowing a central controller to execute the control of locking/unlocking of a door of shared facilities, the control of an equipment and metering of a charge. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with an electronic private branch exchange 3 connected to a personal computer 2 provided on each part in a building, a terminal controller 5 for executing locking/unlocking of a door of shared facilities, and also, executing the control of a locking/unlocking device 6 for executing an input of ID, and a central controller 4 which is connected to the electronic private branch exchange 3 and the terminal controller 5, receives a reservation from the personal computer 2, and executes the control of locking/unlocking of the door of the shared facilities, the control of an equipment, and metering of a charge. In such a way, it is unnecessary to place an exclusive operator, and the operation cost can be reduced. |
