PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of teat exchange by a method wherein an electrode plate of which an endothermic and a radiation heat exchanger is formed in the shape of a wing. CONSTITUTION:Electrode plates 131, 132,... and 151, 152,... have a fan plate 171 of which a blast wing is formed, and an N-type or a P-type thermoelectric element 18 is mounted on the surface of the electrode plate 17 by soldering. When a direct current is caused to flow in the direction of the N-type thermoelectric element 121 through the two metallic sheets of a radiation electrode plate 15n, the NP joint of endothermic electrode plates 131, 132,... parts to cause a current to flow from N-type thermoelectric elements 121, 122,... in the direction of P-type thermoelectric elements 141, 142,... are reduced in temperature through a Peltier effect. Similarly, the temperature of the radiation electrode plates 151, 152,... parts is increased to a high value. Thus, fan blade parts respectively formed integrally with the endothermic electrode plates 131, 132,... and the radiation electrode plates 151, 152,..., which are reduced and increased in temperature heat-exchange with air making contact therewith, cooled air and heated air are outputted through a blast guide 25. |
