<p>PURPOSE:To enable easy and sure fusion of animal embryonic cells without breaking the cell by clamping cells between a pair of oppositely placed electrodes having a specific shape and applying pulse voltage to the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Cells A, B to be fused together are clamped between a pair of oppositely placed electrodes 2, 2 having the opposite electrode faces 2a, 2a placed in parallel and having a radius R of <=100mum. The clamped animal embryonic cells are fused by applying a pulse voltage between the electrodes.</p> |
