The ash tray equipped at one corner of a gauge bord in automobile has a built-in cigarette ligher. The cigarette lighter (3) gets switched on if the main body (1) gets switched on in the case that the main body (1) gets drawn out from the gauge board. The ash tray comprises a slide protrusion (8) formed on the side of the main body (1), a mobile terminal (7) elastically positioned on the slide protrusion (8), a fixed terminal (10) formed in the slide groove corresponding to the main body (1), a lamp for displaying the start or finish of heating the cigarette lighter (3), and a thermister for controling the temperature of the heater coil within the cigarette lighter (3).
