CLOSING STRUCTURE OF THERMAL CONTRACTION

The manufacturing method for the airtight sturcture of the heat- compressing thin walled membrane comprises gathering both ends of the heat-compressing membrane (10) and covering them with C-shaped cross-sectioned pipe (12); softening both the ends of the membrane and inserting a metallic plate between them; forming C-shaped corner parts by bending both the ends of the membrane. The metallic plate has a yield strength of 38 MPa - 850 MPa and a tensile strength of 90 MPa when the strain rate is over 2 %. The airtight structure enhances a cohesion strength, and a longitudinal flexibility.
