A device for dissection of skin tissue comprises a casing (1) in which is coaxially mounted a rod (4) with a piston (5). In the sub-piston chamber (9) of the casing (1) is mounted a knife (7) whose point (8) is directed along the axis of the casing (1) and is located at the distance d = 0.3 - 0.5 mm from the front end face (2) of the casing (1). The device is intended mainly for scarification when taking blood samples for testing.
