PURPOSE:To simplify electronic parts discontinuance management work and improve the working rate of a mounting machine by notifying an operator beforehand of the order and timing of the occurrence of electronic parts discontinuance in a parts supplying device and the number of producible substrates. CONSTITUTION:A controlling section 3 calculates the parts decreasing rate during the time required for producing one substrate of each parts supplying device from the subtraction rate of the current value of the parts mounted on each parts supplying device and the time required for producing one substrate. In addition, the section 3 also calculates the parts discontinuance occurring order and timing and the number of producible substrates of each parts supplying device front the initial value of the parts mounted on each parts supplying device and the parts decreasing rate calculated in the preceding process. Then an operator compares the number of remaining parts, number of produced substrates, and notified timing with the current value of mounted parts counted by a device and notifies parts discontinuance on a displaying section 4 when a coincident parts supplying device exists. |
