<p>PURPOSE:To connect an eye part and a pipe part without brazing and secure high sealing performance by providing the eye part with a neck part with an engaging protruding part formed on its outer peripheral surface, then providing one end of the pipe part with an engaging recessed part to be engaged with the engaging protruding part at the time of fitting one end of the pipe part to the outer peripheral surface of the neck part, and engging the engaging protruding part and the engaging recessed part with each other. CONSTITUTION:An eye part 1 is formed into ring shape and provided with a vertical hole 11, a ring groove part 12 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the vertical hole 11, and a lateral hole 13 axially intersecting the vertical hole 11 so as to communicate the groove part 12 with outside. In order to connect the eye part 1 and the pipe part 2 to each other, one end of the pipe part 2 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of a neck part 14, and then a small diameter part 21 and an engaging recessed part 22 are formed at the pipe part 2 by rolling using two metal molds 8. The small diameter part 21 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the neck part 14 is strongly press-fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the neck part 14, and the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recessed part 22 is press- fitted to the outer peripheral surface of an engaging protruding part 15 so as to be positively engaged with each other. The eye part 1 and the pipe part 2 are thereby connected to each other with high sealing performance.</p> |
