PURPOSE:To restrict the amount of relative displacement between inner and outer cylinder fittings without substantially changing the spring characteristic of a rubber elastic body by constituting so that the inner cylinder fitting can be displaced in the radial direction by pressing in a stopper portion with a cylindrical member so as to apply preliminary pressure to the rubber elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A stopper fitting 34 is securely fit over an inner cylinder fitting 10, projects in the radial direction or the eccentric direction of an outer cylinder fitting 12 by a specified height, and forms a first and a second stopper portions 36 and 38. The buffer projection end surface 40 of the second stopper 38 passes through a second window portion 30 and projects out of the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 12 in the radial direction. An attachment cylinder fitting 10 having an inner hole 48 is formed in a separate process. An initial compression force is applied to a rubber elastic body 14 by the radial displacement of the cylinder 10 by way of the buffer projection end surface 40 of the second stopper portion 38. |
