<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the above laminate excellent in the dimension-stability in plane direction without the deterioration of electric property or other properties by a method in which the woven cloth in which the shrinkage factor in weaving of the warp and weft constructing the woven cloth is at least prescribed value, is used as base material, and the woven cloth is impregnated with resin varnish and is dried, thereby obtaining a prepreg, and then said prepregs are laminated. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate, the woven cloth in which the shrinkage factor in weaving of the warp and weft constructing the woven cloth is at most 0.7% is used as base material, and the woven cloth is impregnated with resin varnish and is dried, thereby obtaining a prepreg. A laminate is obtained by using said prepreg wholly or partially. When the weight ratio of one yarn having smaller shrinkage factor in weaving is set at least 1.3, and when the weight ratio of woven cloth per prescribed width is set at least 1.3, the laminate excellent in the dimension stability in plane direction especially may be obtained.</p> |
