<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability and manufacture at a low cost by manufacturing a fluid distributor by a process of forming plural small diameter pipe parts protrusively outward at the bottom part of a bottomed cylindrical main pipe by drawing and a process of cutting off one parts of the small diameter pipe parts. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate 1a made of a circular steel plate is set on a die 2, being pressed by a keep plate 4, and a punch 3 is operated at the fixed stroke to form a main pipe 1 of bottomed cylindrical shape by drawing. The bottomed cylindrical main pipe 1 is set upward so as to be positioned on a die 20 provided with three holes at its bottom part, and three punches 30 are operated simultaneously at the specified stroke so as to form three small diameter pipe parts 12 at the bottom part of the main pipe in such a way as to protrude outward. When the operating stroke of the punches 30 is appropriately short in this process, the small diameter pipe parts 3-2 are formed into the blind state, but when the operating stroke of the punches 30 is longer than the fixed length, the small diameter pipe parts 12 are formed into through pipes.</p> |
