PURPOSE:To eliminate any copy of a blank sheet of paper as well as to reduce any possible wastage such as incidental time, paper and expenses by adding a blank sheet discriminating means and a warning means for blank sheet copying and a copy suspending means to a copying device. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a warning means 1 emitting a caution through a buzzer and an alarm lamp, etc., when it is judged a blank sheet of paper by a blank sheet discriminating means 7, and a copy suspending means 8 which will not start any copying till some operation is performed when this warning means 1 has operated. Accordingly, when the blank sheet is inserted and a copy performing button is depressed, a buzzer or the warning means 1 instructed by the blank sheet discriminating means 7 is buzzed, or the alarm lamp is lighted and the copying is not carried out till some action is taken there again. With this constitution, any incidental blank sheep copying is preventable from occurring, thus any wastage including time, paper and expenses is reducible. |
