PURPOSE:To prevent movement of a component to inside a printed circuit board at the time of soldering and allowing a mounter to perform mounting while receiving the force applied when a connector is inserted, by folding part or the whole of a lead terminal to the end face of the circuit board, and thereby accomplishing detaining. CONSTITUTION:All soldering lead terminals 3 of a connector 2 are extended to the end face 1a of a printed circuit board 1, and folded parts 3a for detaining are provided at their end faces. Accordingly a component will never move to inside the circuit board 1 exceeding a certain degree owing to self-alignment at the time of reflow soldering. Even though a component is mounted protruding outside on the contrary, it is moved to proper position due to self-alignment. The folded part 3a of each terminal 3 receives the pushing force when a mating connector is inserted, which should enhance the durability. This requires only a mounting accuracy which enables practical mounting with this mounter, and the cost performance will be enhanced from any conventional arrangement. |
