PURPOSE:To enable the obtaining of a highly reliable antistatic effect by using a U/V hardening type hard coat resin mixed with an oxide powder of metal containing at least one of In, Sn and Zn. CONSTITUTION:A U/V hardening type hard coat resin mixed with an oxide powder of metal containing at least one of In, Sn and Zn is formed on a surface on the side opposite to a film forming surface of a resin substrate 1. For example, a U/V hardening type resin hard coat layer containing a stannic oxide fine particle powder has an acrylic hard coat liquid mixed with stannic oxide fine particles and applied by a spin coating method. This achieves an antistatic effect for a long time with a higher reliability and moreover, provides a sufficient hardness of the surface of a resin substrate. |
