<p>PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a thin slit part so as to elevate productivity without incurring cost increase by shifting the positions of the slit of a light emitting element and the slit of the light receiving element, which are opposed to each other, in parallel direction leaving a light path. CONSTITUTION:This is of a structure such that the centers of the respective slits 5 of a light emitting element 2 and a light receiving element 3 are arranged to shift in the advance direction of a shading substance 7 in a package 1, which is made of the material of resin or the like and has a passage 6 for a light interrupting substance 7 at the center. By shifting the centers of the slits 5, the overlap in the advance direction of light of respective slits 5 of the light emitting element 2 and the light receiving element 3 becomes narrow, and the width of the effective slit 8 to becomes a light path can be narrowed. Hereby, the slit below the limit of processing can be made more simply and cheaply.</p> |
