PURPOSE:To enable insertion of fine wire by dividing a nipple of a device for extruding a tube through a gap between a nozzle and the nipple into a core and an outer cylinder and forming a groove in the inner periphery of the outer cylinder or in the outer periphery of the core to form a wire guide hole. CONSTITUTION:A nipple 1 of stainless steel and the like comprises a core 1a and an outer cylinder 1b, in which a groove 3 for insertion of wire is formed in the internal periphery 5 of the cylinder 1b. The outer cylinder 1b is forced or slipped onto the outer periphery 6 of the core 1a to form a wire guide hole 2 for guiding wire between the groove 3 and the outer surface of the core 1a. An air hole 4 prevents the crushing of the hole of a tube by external pressure when the tube is extruded. The groove 3 may be provided in the outer periphery of the core 1a and also the groove can be formed on both the cylinder 1b and core 1a. |
