To make a sticker fabric with an improved internal adhesion between adhesive layer and fabric sheet, grey fabric sheet (3) passed between drum-type heating roller (6) and other heating rollers (7)(7')...(7n) setted up above (6) with constant interval, while being heated to near the resin melting temperature, and adhesive (2) which is coated onto the releasing paper (1) are bonded together, heated and dried firstly. The bonded structure with (1) is carried through pressing roller (4), form setting roller (8). By this manufacturing method, separation of adhesive from fabric sheet, and remaining of it on the subject surface during sticker's use can be prevented.
