PURPOSE:To easily copy video data including flicker data for one screen by obtaining a video signal led by a detected vertical synchronizing signal when a flicker timing signal corresponding to a display period of the flicker data is outputted. CONSTITUTION:In the case where data including flicker data for one screen is hard-copied; when an instruction for hard copy is manipulated, a timing determination unit 16 detects a vertical synchronizing signal Vsync of a video signal 'a' obtained by a video signal input unit 14 in a state where a flicker timing signal 'b' obtained by a flicker signal input unit 15 shows 'H' (display). Then, a video signal take-in gate in the timing determination unit 16 is opened, and a video signal 'c' for one screen, which is led by the vertical synchronizing signal Vsync, is sent to a hard copy control unit 17. Accordingly, the video signal at the time when the flicker data is displayed on the display screen of a display unit 12 can be taken in as hard copy data, and the video data including the flicker data for one screen can be easily and reliably hard-copied. |
