<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a skin material wherein a surface layer and a urethane foam layer are hard to release and good working efficiency is obtained in lamination by successively laminating the surface layer composed of natural leather, an adhesive layer composed of an aqueous adhesive and the urethane foam layer. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 10 is obtained by successively laminating a surface layer 11 composed of cowhide (natural leather), an adhesive layer 12 composed of an aqueous adhesive, a wadding urethane foam layer (urethane foam layer) 13 and a lining layer 14. The skin material 10 is formed by a method wherein the adhesive layer 12 is applied to the surface of the wadding urethane foam layer 13 to which the lining layer 14 is laminated and the surface layer 11 is placed on the adhesive layer 12 in such a wet state that the moisture contained in the adhesive layer 12 is 30wt.% or more, pref., 50wt.% or more to be bonded and laminated thereto for 3min under pressure of 0.5g/cm<2> in an atmosphere of 50 deg.C. After the skin material 10 is laminated at 10-70 deg.C, diamond-shape recessed parts 10b are applied to the surface 10a of the skin material using a mold.</p> |
