The discharge valve prevents noises at the discharge part, and increases the discharge flow-quantity of heat medium in the compressor. The compressor is used for converting the liquefied heat medium into the high temperature and pressure state, e.g. in air conditioners or refrigerators. The discharge valve (340), formed by bending a narrow band-type plate into a polygon, comprises a hole (340A) for being inserted into a protrusion formed on the inner wall of a compressor head, a pair of buffers (340B) being pushed by the discharge pressure and rapidly recovered, and a protruded member (340C) opening or closing the passageway of the heat medium corresponding to the buffer movement.
