The prefabricated slab panel having hollow structure, is combined with the under-floor heating panel at the plant before transporting it to the constructional state. Heating pipe (5) and moltar layer (8) are combined with lower slab panel (1) having hollow sections (2). A plurality of anchor bolts are mounted between the panel (1) and the layer (8). The moltar layer is formed some apart from rim of the panel (1) and a connecting section (5) is formed at a corner of the layer (8).
