PURPOSE:To exactly and simply attain high quality of plating by using a hot galvanizer consisting of a charger for materials to be plated, a rotator for platform, a hot galvanizing bath, and a feeder. CONSTITUTION:A tube coupler fallen from a parts feeder 28 to a chute 30 is orderly inserted into the insertion bar of a platform 18 for the material to be plated through a moving gate 34 and a fixed gate 36. Then, the platform 18 is moved toward the direction of arrow A along a delivery path 38, and the tube coupler is hanged on the hanger 70 of an arm 52. The main axle 46 of an index motor is turned by 90 deg. each time. When the arm 52 reaches the upside of the hot galvanizing bath 14, the hanger 70 is dipped in the bath 14, and the platform 18 is dipped in the bath 14 in an inclined state. The platform 18 is then drawn out of the bath 14, inclined in reverse direction to accelerate the dropping of excessive molten zinc, and then placed on a feeder 16 by the rotation of the main axle 46. Then, the platform 18 is turned by means of a motor 132, the tube coupler is dropped into a cooling tank 142 for cooling, and molten zinc is solidified and taken out by a conveyor 144. |
