A device for exercising the feet, legs and hips comprises two 180‹ offset pedals 1, 2 rotatable about a common spindle 5 mounted in a bearing housing 6 disposed on a bracket 7 which is rigidly connected to a frame comprising feet 8, 9 and a handlebar 13, the bottom smaller-diameter end 14 of which fits into the top end 11 of the foot 8. The four ends of the cross-members of the feet 8 and 9 have caps 10 made of a non-slip material. The device constructed in this way can be used with or without the handlebar depending upon whether the user requires exercise in a standing or a reclining position, the said handle means being connected to the frame rigidly, detachably, pivotally or telescopically.
