<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability by providing a constitution wherein the coloring matter of phthalocyanine and/or the coloring matter of, naphthalocyanine having a hydrophilic ion group are contained in a coloring matter film, and the hydrophilic ion group of two or more molecules are bonded to bivalent or more cations. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 11 is formed. A coloring matter film 12 is formed on the substrate 11 and contains phthalocyanine coloring matter and/or naphthalocyanine coloring matter having a hydrophilic ion group. The hydrophilic ion group of the coloring matter having two or more molecules are bonded to bivalent or more cations. A light emitting element 21 and a photodetector 22 are provided on the rear surface side of the transparent substrate 11 and contained in a casing 30 as a unitary body. The light is emitted from the light emitting element 21 on the rear surface of the substrate 11, and the specular reflectivity is captured with the photodetector 22 provided at the rear surface of the substrate 11. In this way, the moisture can be detected and its quantity can be determined based on the change in reflectivity of the light.</p> |
