PURPOSE:To perform accurate sucking and discharging operations in a sampling device by providing a syringe for driving working liquid and a distributing pipetter in close proximity, and transmitting the motion of the syringe to the distributing pipetter accurately. CONSTITUTION:At first, a valve for working liquid is opened, and the contamination in a distributing pipetter 1 is washed out. At this time, a syringe operating rod 2 is arranged at the neutral position with a syringe driving part 3. Then, the syringe operating rod 2 is lifted up with the syringe driving part 3, and the specified amount of air 9 is sucked. The mixing of the working liquid 7 and sample liquid 8 is prevented by the separating air 9. Then, the tip of the distributing pipetter 1 is dipped into the sample liquid. The syringe operating rod 2 is lifted up by the specified amount with the driving part 3, and the specified amount of the sample liquid is sucked. Then, the operating rod is lowered with the driving part 3, and the specified amount of the ample liquid 8 is discharged. Finally, the valve 4 is opened, and the working liquid 7 which is also the cleaning liquid is made to flow. Thus, the inside of the pipetter 1 is washed. Since the pipetter and the syringe are arranged in the close proximity in this way, the device becomes simple. |
