PURPOSE:To allow a hardened film to have a good adhesive agent even for an aluminum supporting member provided with an enhanced hydrophilic and a water holding property, by containing a specific silane coupling agent in a substance. CONSTITUTION:A substance contains a compound, which has ethylene type unsaturated double bond and is capable of addition polymerization, a polymeride having alkali solubility and swelling nature with moistening and capable of formation of a film, and a photo-polymerization starting agent. Each molecular terminal shall further contain a silane coupling agent having at least one of the vinyl radical, acryloil radical, and methacryloil radical. Thereby a tough film can be formed, which has good adhesiveness even for an aluminum supporting member having undergone sufficient hydrophilic processing with light irradiation, and a planography print plate is obtained which is free of ground contamination and has excellent durability for printing and storage characteristic. |
