<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device and to increase the effect of anticrime by providing the first lock lever of a sill knob operation and the second lock lever of a key operation to different shafts, and constituting an operation lever so that it is not overlapped with an expansion section for a striker passage. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 15 or a lock lever 28 to rotate with a sill knob operation is pivoted on a shaft 27 under an expansion section 14 for a striker passage, and a lock lever 34 to rotate with a key operation is pivoted on a shaft 33 thereunder. The displacement of an operation lever 22 can be made between a lock position and an unlock position by the levers 28 and 34 through an intermediate lever 25. Even if the operation lever 22 is placed in either the lock position or the unlock position, it has a position not overlapped with the expansion section 14, and operation is surely made. In addition, the thickness of a locking device is reduced, and the effect of anticrime can be increased by covering the lever 25 and part of the operation lever 22 with the lever 34.</p> |
