PURPOSE:To make it possible to form images having high precision by applying polyvinylidene fluoride dispersion solution on the surface of first electrodes or second electrodes, forming a dielectric layer, layering other electrode or the dielectric layer on other electrode on the dielectric layer, and fixing them with heat and activation. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric dispersion solution consisting of polyvinylidene fluoride powder is applied on an insulating substrate 11 having first electrodes 12 so as to form a dielectric layer 13 in such a manner that it covers the first electrodes 12. Next, on the dielectric layer 13, a plurality of second electrodes 14 are arranged in the direction different from the first electrodes 12 such that openings 15 thereof correspond to the first electrodes 12. In this state, a heating plate is laid quietly on the second electrodes 14, pressed with heat, and the top surface of the dielectric layer 13 is activated by heating. Thereafter, the heating plate is cooled up to the room temperature and the dielectric layer 13 is fixed to the second electrodes 14 on which third electrodes are mounted further through a silicone adhesive layer. |
