PURPOSE:To prevent the melting and sticking of tubes to each other at the time of a sterilization treatment and to avert the degradation in the sensitivity of a bubble detector by forming transparent parts and satin parts along a longitudinal direction on the outside surface of a tubular body made of a flexible synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The tube 1 for medical treatments is a long-sized material of the tubular body 2 made of the thermoplastic synthetic resin and has alternately repetitively the transparent parts 3a and the satin parts 3b in the longitudinal direction of this tubular body 2. The thermoplastic synthetic resin to constitute the tubular body 2 of this tube 1 is preferably a soft vinyl chloride resin, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. Thermoplastic synthetic resin raw materials 13 discharged from a molding machine body are passed through a resin passage 14 of a die body 11 and are discharged from a tubular discharge port 15 provided at a front end 12 of the die, by which the tubular body 2 is obtd. The temp. conditions of the tubular discharge port 15 are so controlled as to repeat, for example, a high temp. and a low temp. at every specified time interval, by which the tube 1 having alternately repetitively the transparent parts 3a and the satin parts 3b at 1:1 ratio in the longitudinal direction of the tubular body 2 is obtd. |
