PURPOSE:To stop a driving body at an arbitrary position and to rotate the driving body normally by providing a rotational speed signal detecting means and an external control means outputting a driving source signal. CONSTITUTION:A motor 16 is provided with a switch 25a connected with an external control means 28. A control means 32 delivers a signal to a driving means 33 which then provides a signal to the motor 16 thus rotating the motor 16. The switch 25a detects a speed signal which is then compared through a comparing means 31 with data stored in a memory means 30 and if they match with each other, the control means 32 outputs a signal to sustain rotation of the motor 16. If the speed is high, the motor 16 is tried to be stopped otherwise it is tried to sustain rotation. |
