The antenna has a dielectric carrier foil (2) with a microstrip line configuration and a plate or metallic layer on either side of the dielectric carrier foil (2) as earthing surfaces (1) with a raster of coaxial sections. The earthing surfaces (1) are rigidly coupled together at a given relative spacing with the dielectric carrier foil (2) supported between them at the centre to allow its sidewards displacement. Pref pairs of insulating coupling elements (3) couple the earthing plates (1) together via openings in the dielectric carrier foil (2). ADVANTAGE - Stable reception characteristics.
