PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing plural kinds of copolymer of ethylene and a specific cycloolefin, having excellent transparency, precision moldability, heat-resistance, chemical resistance, dielectric characteristics and strength, giving a molded article having high adhesiveness to information recording film and useful for optical material, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective copolymer composition having a softening temperature of >=70 deg.C and a haze value of <=7.0%, satisfying the formula Ti<Ti+1, T1<70 deg.C and the formula III [Ti ( deg.C) is softening point of each copolymer component Sn (n is integer of >=3; i is 1 to n; Wi is weight fraction of each copolymer component Si) and containing >=10% in total of components having softening point of <70 deg.C can be produced by compounding >=3 kinds of copolymer of (A) ethylene and (B) a cycloolefin such as unsaturated monomer, etc., expressed by formula I (n is 0 or 1; m is 0 or positive integer; q is 0 or 1; R<1> to R<18>, R<a> and R<b> are H, halogen or hydrocarbon group) or formula II (r is 0 or integer of >=1; s and t are 0, 1 or 2; R<1> to R<15> are H, halogen, hydrocarbon group, alkoxy, etc.). |
