Vehicle fuel tank filler cap - incorporates permanent magnet in gripper section

The filler cap is for a vehicle fuel tank. It has a permanent magnet fitted in a cavity in the gripper section (3) of the filler cap. The gripper section and the top of the cap (2) are formed as an integral plastics unit. USE/ADVANTAGE - The filler cap can be placed on a suitably convenient steel surface while refuelling at a petrol station. The magnet keeps it from falling off.
