PURPOSE:To draw a container main body with a protruding section on its body easily and quickly after thermoforming by disposing a plurality of split molds on an open peripheral edge of a bottom force for pressing a laminate material to the lower end of a top force between said two sections along the peripheral direction and disposing respective split molds movably outside in the radius direction and toward the top mold side. CONSTITUTION:Split molds 32 for pressing a laminate material 30 are disposed on an open peripheral section of a bottom force 31 to the lower end 21a of a top force 21 between said two sections. The laminate material 30 is pressed between the lower end 21a of the top force 21 and respective split molds 32, and respective split molds 32 are pushed downward and resistant to the force of a spring 35 and stored in a stage section 31a. Then, a plug is lowered and moved into the bottom force 31, and a body and the bottom of the main body 14 are thermoformed. Then the bottom mold 31 is lowered and respective split molds 32 are separated from the top force 21, and the respective split molds 32 are lifted up, and the inner peripheral faces of respective split molds 32 are provided with almost same inner diameters with the inner peripheral face of the bottom force 31. The container main body 14 can be released smoothly without touching its protruding section 16 with the respective split molds 32 by said arrangement. |
