1-Oxo-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexenyl ketoxime ethers of formula (I) are new. In (I) Q is H, 2-7 alkanoyl, benzoyl, alkali(ne earth) metal, opt. substd. ammonium, phosphonium, sulphonium, sulphoxonium or transition metal; W is CC or CH=CH; R1 is (a) alkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl, (b) cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or 6-membered heterocyclyl contg. 1-2 nonadjacent O and/or S atoms, opt. substd. by 1-3 of OH, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy or alkylthio, (c) 5-membered satd. heterocyclyl contg. 1-2 O and/or S atoms, opt. substd. by 1-3 of alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy or alkylthio, (d) 5-membered heteroaryl contg. 1-2 N atoms and/or an O or S atom, opt. substd. by 1-3 of CN, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, haloalkenyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkenyloxy or alkoxyalkyl, (e) phenyl or pyridyl opt. substd. by 1-3 of NO2, CN, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, alkylthio, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, alkenyloxy, alkynyloxy or NR8R9, or (f) R7X-substd. alkyl, where X is O, S, SO, or SO2 and R7 is alkyl, or phenyl or 5- or 6- membered heteroaryl opt. substd. as in (e); R8 is H, alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl; R9 is H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkanoyl, or benzoyl opt. substd. by 1-3 of NO2, CN, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy or alkylthio; R2 is alkyl; R3 is H or alkyl; R4 is H, halogen or alkyl; R5 is H or alkyl; or R3+R4, R3+R5 or R4+R5 are each alkylene or alkenylene; R6 is (a) H, alkyl, haloalkyl, phenylhaloalkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl, (b) cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl, opt. substd. by 1-3 of OH, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl or (c) phenyl or pyridyl opt. substd. by 1-3 of NO2, CN, OH, halogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkoxyalkyl or alkylthioalkyl.
