PURPOSE:To record the degree of a daily action of a person to be examined with high accuracy by recording simultaneously a detecting signal from a triaxial acceleration sensor installed in the person to be examined, in a recording means together with a living body signal of an electrocardiogram and blood pressure, etc., as information for showing quantitatively the degree of physical exercise of the person to be examined. CONSTITUTION:A physical exercise measuring block 6 containing a triaxial acceleration sensor 1 is installed, for instance, in the waist part, etc., being the same installing part as a long time recording portable electrocardiograph 2. A detecting signal in the triaxial direction outputted from the triaxial acceleration sensor 1 is eliminated as to its DC component by low cut filters 3a, 3b and 3C, and thereafter, supplied to an amplifier 4. In this amplifier 4, the detecting signal in the triaxial direction is added and amplified, and also, a noise component being different from acceleration signal component which follows physical exercise is eliminated by a high cut filter, and an amplifying signal is outputted to an output terminal 5, and inputted to an input terminal IN3 of a third channel of the electrocardiograph 2. Accordingly, on a magnetic tape of this electrocardiograph 2, an electrocardiogram signal is recorded in a first and a second channels, and simultaneously, a variation of the physical exercise quantity is in a third channel. |
