PURPOSE:To form sufficiently a core layer around an upper section mounting hole by using a gate in the vicinity of an upper section core forming the mounting hole of the upper section mounting hole side and a molding tool using a tab in the vicinity of a side section core through a small flow path respectively in a cavity and providing the flow path in the range of specified angle to a perpendicular. CONSTITUTION:An upper section core 33, an upper section mounting hole and a side section core 34 for a side section mounting hole are provided in a cavity 30. A gate 32 is provided in the vicinity of the upper section core 33 and a tab 37 is provided in the vicinity of the side section core 34 through a small flow path 36. The small flow path 36 is crossed with an end face 308 of a molded product and formed on a position P in the range of 20-90 deg. angle to a perpendicular M running through the side section core 34. A skin layer material 60 is injected from the gate 32 into the cavity 30, and a core layer material 70 in the material 60 is injected therein. Core layers are formed sufficiently around the upper section mounting hole and the side section mounting hole and also around a rear section mounting hole. |
