PURPOSE:To make convenient the use of an automatic door and to promote safety by opening and closing a door automatically based on remote control and, at the same time, enabling locking in a state of opening and closing, and maintaining the door in a state of opening in the case of an earthquake. CONSTITUTION:A motor 7 is made to forward and reverse with a control section 6 based on keying signals transmitted from a remote control 3, the turning effort is transferred to a door 1 through a clutch section 8 and an arm section 10, and the door 1 is automatically opened and closed. A door lock section 13 controlled by the control section 6 is provided to the inside of a door opening and closing unit 2, and the door 1 is capable of locking in a state of opening and closing. In addition, when an earthquake occurs in excess of a specific seismic coefficient, control signals are transmitted from the control section 6 based on operation of an earthquake detector 14, before the opening and closing of the door 1 is difficult, the door 1 is opened, and it is maintained in a state of opening. |
