PURPOSE:To cleanly maintain the sterilizing chamber, and also, to precisely control the generation quantity or gas and a temperature by forming a reaction chamber for executing a reaction of evaporated ammonia and formaldehyde between a heating chamber and an outlet duct line, and also, providing a filter between the reaction chamber and the outlet dust line. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid valve 12 is opened, and also, a primary heater 14 is operated, and moreover, a liquid level float sensor 18 is operated. As a result, aqueous ammonia flows into a heating chamber 7 through the solenoid valve 12 and a duct line 13 from an aqueous ammonia container 11, is heated by a primary heater 14 and evaporated to ammonia gas. In this case, a water level of the aqueous ammonia in the heating chamber 7 is held in the prescribed quantity in which the quantity of heated aqueous ammonia is small by the liquid level float sensor 18. Also, an evaporation temperature of ammonia is maintained at a prescribed temperature by a temperature control sensor 16, therefore, ammonia gas is generated by a small quantity each and mixed with formaldehyde allowed to circulate from a sterilizing chamber 4, and subjected to reaction enough in a reaction chamber 20, and thereafter, can be fed to a filter 24. As a result, cleaning of the sterilizing chamber can be maintained simply. |
