Input signals (IN1) are outputted through matching capacitors (C2,C3) , a reverse switching diode (D1), a forward pin diode (D2) and a matching capacitor (C13). Input signals (IN2) are outputted through matching capacitors (C7,C8), a reverse switching diode (D4), a forward pin diode (D5) and a matching capacitor (C12). A voltage is supplied through a resistor (R9) to the common anode of the diodes (D1,D2) and to the collector of a transistor (Q2), and another voltage is supplied through a resistor (R12) to the common anode of the diodes (D4,D5) and to the collector of a transistor (Q1). With the circuit, a high separating ability is maintained even under a high frequency.
