Device whose purpose is to conceal the apparatus, when it does not have to be used, in the rear zone of its housing, so that it cannot be seen from the outside, withdrawal being effected by virtue of an electric gear- motor mechanism which acts on a rack bar linked by means of an articulated connection to the radio receiver, in such a manner that, upon displacement, the rack will give rise to the displacement of the apparatus, the housing having, in its central part, a rocking trapdoor which remains raised by the actual radio receiver when the latter is in its accessible position and which descends when the radio receiver is displaced into the rear position, concealing the inside of the housing and offering to the outside the image of the empty back of the housing for removable apparatuses. <IMAGE>
