发明名称 Kombiniertes Infrarot- und Isotopen Abtastgeraet
摘要 1295828 Tomographic apparatus BARNES ENG CO 27 April 1970 [13 May 1969] 20054/70 Heading H4F Diagnostic apparatus comprises the combination of an isotope scanner and an infra-red scanner so mounted as to simultaneously raster scan the same points on a patient, the output of the isotope scanner being displayed on a photo-recorder and/or colour dot recorder and that from the infra-red scanner being displayed on the colour dot recorder when not in use. The isotope scanner comprises a scintillation probe 14 mounted on the end of an arm 12, Fig. 1, reciprocated by body 10 such that the probe 14 describes a raster scan over the patient. The bolometer infra-red detector is housed in head 30 which is clipped on to the side of probe 14 for movement therewith and has its field of view made coincident with that of the probe by mirror system 35 and 42, Fig. 2, and apertures 38 and 44 in shields 36 and 40. The colour dot recording head is mounted on the far end of arm 12 such that it describes the same raster as the probe and head 14, 30. The output of the infrared detector is adapted for use with the colour dot recorder in interface 55 which clips on to probe 14 and is provided with a temperature meter 56, a meter 66 indicating the colour of the display on the colour dot recorder, an input switch 25 to the colour dot recorder, sensitivity and brightness controls 58 and 60 for the infrared display and a control 65 for varying the frequency of the dots in the infra-red colour dot display. In the circuitry of the display, Fig. 3, the pulsed output of the isotope detector 15 is fed to a first fixed contact of switch 25 and is also converted into a pulse rate analogue voltage in integrator rate meter 18, which voltage is fed to a photo recorder 20, and to a first fixed contact of switch 25. The output of the infra-red detector 50 is alternately sampled in circuitry 52 with a reference temperature voltage, to give a square wave, the A.C. amplitude of which, produced and detected by a detector, is representative of the scanned temperature. The thus produced temperature voltage feeds meter 56 and also the switched potentiometric sensitivity control 58. The adjusted voltage is variably amplified by means of brightness control 60 and operational amplifier 62 and is fed to a second fixed contact of switch 25. A constant pulse width, variable repetition rate oscillator 65, control by 65 feeds a second fixed contact of switch 25. The upper moving contact of switch 25 controls the colour of the dot in recorder 24 and the lower the rate or concentration of the dots. The colour of the dots is recorded on meter 66. In the shown position of switch 25, the recorder displays the thermographic distribution of the patient, and in the upper position the isotope radiation distribution. The isotopic apparatus and the infra-red head may be as commercially available.
