Wooden mouthpiece head for flutes, which comprises: a) a head body, of conical configuration with an axial orifice or sound tube, a female rebate for joining to supplementary parts which, for this purpose, have a related male rebate, a sound-generating section or 'throat' with a reed and air outlets (at the upper and lower parts of the said reed respectively); b) a plug which closes the sound tube and has a cylindrical configuration with a small base or chamfer which, in conjunction with the body, define the blowing channel; c) an mouthpiece forming a unit with the body itself and defined in terms of the relation of this latter with the plug which closes the sound tube.
