PURPOSE:To inform a player of any of patterns on a plurality of prize winning lines in the state right before the prize win on stopped reels the number of which is at least one less than that of all reels by indicating the arrangement of at least the majority of prize winning patterns on the prize winning line. CONSTITUTION:Signals in patterns rows on respective prize winning lines formed in a matrix forming section 11b are compared with a prize winning signal row preset to a judging section 11, and when both signals coincide with each other a prize winning signal PO is outputted. When the majority of three reels 1, 2 and 3, i.e., two reals are stopped prior to the usual judgement of prize winning in a three-reel type slot machine a set of patterns shown on indicating windows of two stopped reels are compared with the preset prize winning signal row. When patterns except for ones on unstopped reels, i.e., pattern signals on the stopped reels are all included in the prize winning signal row, the row or combination of the stopped patterns will win the prize if one more predetermined pattern, for example same pattern appears, i.e., the state right before the prize winning is indicated. |
